Some projects around your home require pre-approval from the Board and/or the Architecture Review Committee.

 

This review and approval process applies to the following:

 

• Pool additions (either adding a pool OR adding additions to pools like a pool house)

• Storage sheds

• Automotive storage garages

• Building additions (this does not include minor modifications or upkeep such as replacing a roof with a similar look or converting a two bay garage to a single bay)

• Addition of Fences (Does not include repair or replacement)

• Significant landscaping changes

• Driveway modifications (Repairing and replacing does not need approval, provided the City has approved)
